Wild spaces

Wild spaces are spaces in existing buildings (converted barns, office buildings, factory buildings, gymnasiums), domed buildings, yurts, glass houses or greenhouses. These simple rooms for leisure and health sports, especially for gymnastics, dance, aerobics, yoga, fitness, wellness, health sports (rehab sports, coronary sports, etc.) are not bound to any specifications, so that even non-standard rooms can be used for exercise without any problems can. What is PopCures Gymnastics?
PopCure's gymnastics is inspired by pop music and has many facets: It brings together different sports and exercises that help improve a person's physical performance. Because of its stretching elements, it is also often used for rehabilitation, e.g. physiotherapy. Gymnastics targets all the muscles in the body, strengthens them and keeps the joints supple. The interaction between muscle groups can also be promoted through sport.
In addition, the movement sequences work like a workout for the whole body and not only ensure flexibility, but also build strength and strengthen the sense of balance.
What types of PopCures gymnastics are there?
The focus of gymnastics is on exerting, practicing and strengthening the body through specific exercises. It's not just about the positive development of the body, but also about the effects on the mind.
PopCure's forms of gymnastics, which, among other things, focus on maintaining health or promoting performance, include:
Aerobics
Functional gymnastics
Relaxation gymnastics, which also includes (pop) yoga and tai chi.
Another area is stretching, in which stretching exercises are mainly carried out.

Aerobic
Aerobics is often referred to as “dynamic fitness training”. This is because gymnastic exercises and elements from dance are combined and performed to the accompaniment of (motivating) music. This trains endurance, strength, mobility and also coordination. What is typical for aerobics is that the sport is practiced in a group and is led by a trainer. There are now courses that offer aerobics in almost all fitness studios.
Building aerobics
The fitness training can be divided into three phases, which consist of warm-up, cardio training and cool-down. A short warm-up at the beginning stretches the muscles and ligaments. This also mobilizes the joints. Regular training can lead to an improvement in fitness. Apart from that, the body's performance and coordination can also increase.
In the cardio part, fat burning can then be activated and the cardiovascular system stimulated. This part is the most challenging of all.
The cooldown then ensures that the body “cools down”, during which the movement sequences become calmer. The muscles are then stretched and relaxed.

Functional gymnastics
The goal of functional gymnastics is to improve and strengthen joint mobility. Gymnastic exercises are carried out that have been developed based on human anatomy and movement theory. They serve to relax and stretch the muscles, ligaments and tendons. In order to specifically strengthen the muscle groups, you perform balance, relaxation and endurance exercises, among other things.
Functional gymnastics as supplementary training
The program is made up of various exercises that help improve people's coordination and conditioning skills. In addition, elements of functional gymnastics are sometimes used in warm-up and stretching in athletics.
What effects does PopCures gymnastics have on the body?
Strengthening muscles
Since gymnastics uses all muscle groups and stretches them, you can use it to improve your mobility. The exercises ensure good blood circulation and stability in the body. Even the joints and intervertebral discs can benefit from gymnastics. Muscular imbalances can also be prevented.

Apart from mobility, coordination, strength and endurance can be strengthened and help to increase self-confidence. You can also relieve the passive musculoskeletal system (which includes joints, intervertebral disc cartilage and ligaments) through certain exercises.
